This week Zak taught us about Simon Peter (aka Peter). Peter was one of the twelve disciples who spent more time on earth than anyone with Jesus while he was here. Peter stood out even in that group. He was the one who first confessed Jesus was the Christ, he walked on water, He was with Jesus when He was arrested. Even after Jesus' death and resurrection he made a huge impact on the growth of the church. If you would like to prepare for spotlight on Tuesday, you can look over any notes you may have taken on Sunday or glance over any of the Gospels, Acts, or his two letters near the end of the New Testament. I think it'd be really cool and it would help us to get deeper into discussion to know more about it.
